Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how amifucked.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use amifucked.com, our assessment tool, our mobile application (if applicable), and our text messaging program (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide directly:

• Assessment responses. Answers you choose to give in our question flow, which may include your industry, job role, employer, general financial situation (such as savings ranges), location, housing or lease obligations, and upcoming life events. All questions are optional; you decide what to share.
• Contact information. Your mobile phone number if you opt in to our text messaging program, and your email address if you provide it.
• Communications. Information you include when you contact us.

b. Information collected automatically:

• Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, results generated, time spent, referring pages, and interactions with the Services.
• Device and log data. IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and (if used) advertising measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function properly without them.

We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, and we do not ask for government identifiers, full financial account numbers, or payment card information through the assessment tool.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including generating your assessment results
• Send you text messages if you have opted in, including results, updates, and promotional content
• Respond to your inquiries and provide support
• Analyze usage trends and improve the product, including in aggregated or de-identified form
• Personalize content and, if applicable, measure the performance of marketing
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services and prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions

We may create aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer reasonably be linked to you and use it for any lawful purpose.

3. Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to receive texts, we collect and use your phone number and opt-in record to send you the messages described at the point of opt-in. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share this information only with service providers who help us operate the texting program (such as our SMS delivery platform), and only for that purpose.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as hosting, analytics, SMS delivery, email delivery, and customer support — under obligations to use the information only to provide those services.
• Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy.
• With your direction or consent. For example, if you choose to share your results.

Depending on how our analytics and advertising tools are configured, some sharing of identifiers with advertising or analytics partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state privacy laws. Where that is the case, you may opt out as described in Section 7.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, for as long as you are subscribed to our messages, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping (including proof of SMS consent and opt-out, which we retain as required for compliance) — unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Assessment responses may be retained in identifiable form while your session or account is active and thereafter may be de-identified or deleted.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws), including the right to:

• Know / access the personal information we have about you
• Delete personal information we collected from you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and certain targeted advertising, where applicable
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@amifucked.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted.

We honor opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law.

Do Not Track. Our Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age required by applicable law). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@amifucked.com and we will delete it.

9. Users Outside the United States

The Services are operated from the United States and intended for U.S. users. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and revise the “Last Updated” date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
